The following terms used in this Agreement are defined as:

"Platform" or "Site"

Refers to the dc99 website and all associated services, applications, and digital channels.

"User" or "Member"

Welcome Bonus

dc99 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawing winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable on eligible games only.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A new bonus cannot be applied while another bonus is active.
• dc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.

VIP Program

Regular players can participate in dc99's VIP program. There are three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. VIP tier upgrades are based on active and consistent participation.

Fair Play Policy

Sports Betting

• Intentionally exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.

• Attempting hacking, phishing, or any other form of cyber attack.
• Registering an account with false or misleading information.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, dc99 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds, and take legal action without notice.
